I still want sex with my ex before I blocked them

I know my ex is not good for my peace, but my body remembers the sex before my brain remembers the reasons we ended. I am not confused about right and wrong; I am confused by how strong the wanting gets. Maybe the confession is not that I want it, but that I am tired of being ashamed of wanting.
